Job Description

We’re looking for a business developer to join our team and support sales and account management activities. You’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, leveraging your network and expertise to identify and engage potential customers. Operating on a commission-based structure, you’ll be incentivized to cultivate fruitful relationships, with rewards tied directly to the acquisition of new clientele. Your responsibilities will encompass prospecting and initiating contact with businesses seeking software development engineers for their in-house projects.


  • Perform market research to identify new business opportunities;
  • Document findings in comprehensive reports and spreadsheets – familiarity with CRM tools is a plus;
  • Contact prospects, introduce our company and tactfully present our services;
  • Leverage newly established connections and convert leads to buying customers;
  • In partnership with the customer success department, manage new business relationships and ensure customer satisfaction;
  • Work with the marketing department in order to implement conversion strategy and follow-up on MQLs;
  • Provide assistance, as needed, to the customer success manager and to the CEO.


  • Minimum of 2 years working in sales/business development for an IT outsourcing company;
  • Excellent command of the English language (C1+, language certificate is a plus);
  • Understanding of the IT services industry and of the outsourcing business model;
  • Understanding of sales & customer relationship management principles;
  • Experience with a CRM such as Copper CRM or Pipedrive is a plus;
  • Experience with tools such as CrunchBase, Mailchimp, Apollo and other automation apps is also a plus;
  • A high degree of self-motivation – you will mostly work independently

Working schedule

  • Classic 09:00-18:00 EU (EEST/CET) flexible schedule
